Wholesale Terms

Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders can start the fulfilment process. Offering orders on net terms is unfeasible for me at this stage of the business. Thanks for your understanding :)

Payments to be made by bank transfer. If ordering online, choose "Invoice" as the payment method at checkout.

MOQs

As well as meeting the minimum order quanities (MOQs) there is a minimum spend of £150.

MOQs labeled with "(mix)" means you can order multiple colours and designs of the product to meet the MOQ.

Art prints have no MOQ.

For smaller businesses, exceptions to MOQs and minimum spends may be possible, but not guarenteed (stock and production schedule dependednt).

Volume Discounts

If you are ordering over any of the following quantities, get in touch to ask about volume discounts:
• 100 t-shirts,
• 300 stickers,
• 100 embroidered hats,
• 300 button badges,
• 200 enamel pin badges,
• 100 prints.

Lead Times

Many items are held in stock, but a lot of items are made to order so it can take up to 2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. If I predict an order will go over the 2 week timeframe I will let you know as soon as possible. If delivery time is a priority, please let me know and I can give you a more accurate lead time for your order.
